f. Instead of applying the AQL's designated herein

to the individual defects, the group AQL's listed for each

Major or Minor subparagraph in 4.3.2 may be utilized at the

option of the contractor for those groups where a group AQL

is assigned. Each group AQL applies to a Major or Minor group

indicated in the subparagraphs of paragraph 4.3.2. When group

AQL's are elected, they shall be utilized for all of the sub-

paragraphs of paragraph 4.3.2.
